This past summer, the Outreach Ministry applied for and was awarded a faith based grant from B’more Healthy Babies and the Center for Communication Programs at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Through this grant, we are offering 4 free sessions on Baby Yoga.
Why Baby Yoga? Baby yoga has been shown to increase mother-child bonding, encourage neuromuscular development in infants as well as to help soothe babies.
Infants 6 weeks to 9 months are eligible and the sessions are free.
