On Saturday, November 9, 2024, the Empowering a Healthier Community Outreach Ministry held its first “Caregivers Workshop”. The workshop focused on self-care and wellness for caregivers. Family caregivers and others from the community participated in many activities, such as a panel discussion, lunch, free chair massages, chair yoga, “hands-only” CPR training, Narcan training, free giveaways and much more. The workshop provided much-needed information and resources.
