The Empowering a Healthier Community Outreach Ministry,
in conjunction with the Church of the Holy Trinity Community Outreach Ministry,
will be sponsoring a Girls Empowerment Camp
during the week of June 23-27, 2025.
The Girls Empowerment Camp seeks to be a positive, enriching, and transformative experience for girls entering the 4th and 5th grades (ages 9 – 11). During the camp, we will have speakers, instructors, and interactive activities that will cover 5 different areas:

Healthy Body

Healthy Mind
-
Healthy Choices
-
Creative Expression
-
Life Skills
We believe that it is important to have open, informed discussions on these topics so that these young women are equipped to take on the challenges they will face as they enter adolescence and teenhood. Some lessons may contain sensitive topics and we shall endeavor to make sure that the information presented is factual and age appropriate.
