Ms. Jazmine Adams graduated with her BSW, BSS from Coppin State College (Now Coppin State University). She is the Program Assistant for the Division of Aging and Community Support at the Baltimore City Health Department. She brings a wealth of commitment, knowledge, and compassion to the Family Caregivers Program. She assists thousands of clients each year with caregiver program information, referrals, supplemental services, respite care and training resources. Focusing on excellent service to the citizens of Baltimore for more than 18 years, Ms. Adams is known for her personal attention to each caregiving situation so that caregivers feel supported, recognized and equipped. Ms. Adams’ professional career spans a wide range of positions with the Maryland State Department of Social Services, Baltimore City Public Schools, and Baltimore City Police Department.
